About Us
Enuneku & Associates is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers offering professional services in property valuation, real estate consultancy, asset and facilities management, and general property advisory services across Nigeria and beyond.
The firm is duly registered under the Company and Allied Matters Decree of 1990 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a business name with registration number BN 2361537.
In addition, Enuneku & Associates is a corporate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) with membership number F01065, and is licensed by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) with seal number F03558, in accordance with Decree No. 24 of 1975, now Cap E13, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (LFN) 2007.
We serve a diverse clientele including government and judicial institutions, multinational organisations, financial institutions, real estate developers, corporate bodies, and private individuals. Principal Partner & Head of Practice
ESV. Enuneku Anslem Onyemechi is the Principal Partner and Head of Practice at Enuneku & Associates. He began his professional career in 2007 and, after a successful tenure with Jigawa Savings and Loans Limited, several other real estate companies, and finally as General Manager of Bamaf Properties, he established Enuneku & Associates in 2015. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a trusted name in estate surveying, valuation, and property consultancy in Nigeria.
